2. Baseline: 1-2 Hour workshop to baseline your objectives & goals -

We meet with you to elaborate your need, baseline your business/ financial goals, and constraints/ enablers. We produce a 2-3 page report, capturing all solution inputs and share it with you.

 

3. Solution Abstract: We send you an Abstract Solution to help you decide -

3 days after the workshop, we send you a free abstract of the potential solution, detailing the proposed solution, costs, timelines, and a Benefit statement. You are free to either engage or move on.

 

4. Contract: If you’ve made the right decision, we negotiate and finalize the contract -

Within 3 days of getting our solution abstract, we will look forward to hearing your decision to discuss/ negotiate the Abstract. The best way is to meet in-person, discuss and decide.
